P&O Ferries sues UK Government over Eurotunnel’s no-deal Brexit ferry pay out

FerryThe fiasco surrounding the UK Government’s no-deal Brexit ferry contracts continues, with P&O Ferries taking legal action against the Department for Transport (DfT) claiming that a rival, Eurotunnel, was unlawfully handed GBP 33 million of taxpayer’s money.
