ForSea appoints Ticknovate to manage online bookings and self-service ticket kiosks
ForSea Ferries has appointed ticketing platform Ticknovate (www.ticknovate.com) , to manage its online booking and ticketing process, including sales made through its self-service kiosks. Ticknovate will help digitalise ForSea’s sales operations to improve the customer experience using its personalised and intuitive platform.
Ticknovate is a software-as-a-service ticketing solution built for tours, ferries, transportation, attractions, and entry events. The Ticknovate platform will enable ForSea to generate a QR code for each purchase, enabling customers to redeem their tickets and receive a boarding lane by simply scanning the information. The service will ensure a seamless enhanced experience throughout as ForSea continue their digital transformation
