Bornholmslinjen’s EXPRESS 5 hopefully to be delivered at the end of February
High-speedConstruction of EXPRESS 5 at Austal in the Philippines is approaching completion. The high-speed craft is delayed and the latest projected delivery date is now at the end of February after technicians from Molslinjen just visited the yard.
The EXPRESS 5 will then be sailed home to Rønne, where it will be inspected and approved by the authorities before it can be put into operation.
EXPRESS 5 is currently appearing in the sailing plans on Bornholm from 20 March 2023. However:
"It is uncertain whether we can reach it by that date. Therefore, unfortunately, we have to work with an alternative, where EXPRESS 5 is only put into sailing after Easter", says Molslinjen's managing director, Carsten Jensen
