MSC Cruises chooses Malta flag for MSC MERAVIGLIA
CruiseBreaking with its tradition to flag all of its container and cruise vessels in Panama, MSC Cruises has chosen the Maltese flag for its upcoming cruise ships MSC MERAVIGLIA and MSC BELLISSIMA.
The same applies for all other passenger vessels on order for the Swiss-Italian operator.
The MSC MERAVIGLIA, floated out at STX France in Saint Nazaire on September 2, at the stern already reads "Valetta" as her homeport.
MSC Cruises has so far not revealed the reason for its change of registry.
