Will the construction works on former Viking ADCC finally resume?
YardThe Vigo-based Vulcano Shipyard announced that it had found a buyer for the unfinished hull of the ferry that was originally ordered by Viking Line and known as Viking ADCC.
The refused steel ferry hull arrived in Vigo in 2013.
A letter of intent had been signed with an unknown owner, says the newspaper Faro de Vigo. The building would take 14 months. The final contract would be signed within the next few weeks.
Although not confirmed Spanish sources think that the Acciona Group is behind the order, for their brand Trasmediterranea.
