French state poised to temporarily nationalise STX France

YardIn a move aimed at preventing Fincantieri to take a majority stake in the STX France Shipyard, French economy minister Bruno Le Maire has declared that the French state wants to exercise its pre-emption rights to acquire 66.6% of the shares in STX France, equivalent to EUR 79.5m.
