Gotlandsbolaget’s GOTLANDIA sold to Seajets
High-speedSeajets have added another vessel to their fleet, this time Gotlandsbolaget’s high-speed monohull GOTLANDIA. The ferry has been redundant and not in service since 2018 for Destination Gotland.
GOTLANDIA was built by the French Alstom Leroux shipyard and delivered in 1998.
It is not yet known what role Seajets will use it for.
Gotlandsbolaget have also announced that they intend to sell or lease out the high-speed ferry GOTLANDIA II from 2006, which is also no longer in use for Destination Gotland. https://www.shippax.com/en/news/gotlandsbolaget-begins-work-on-decommissioning-high-speed-ferry-gotlandia-ii.aspx
