Patrick Verhoeven to leave ECSA for IAPH

ProfileIn a surprise move, Patrick Verhoeven has announced that he will leave the post of Secretary General at the European Community Shipowners’ Associations (ECSA) on September 1 this year to become Managing Director Policy and Strategy at the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH).
