Fincantieri 9M 2022 results
Revenues stand at EUR 5,315 million, up by 17% vs 9M 2021 (EUR 4,536 million) and in line with the expected trend of the current backlog.
EBITDA at EUR 172 million (EUR 330 million as at 30 September 2021) and EBITDA margin at 3.2% excluding pass-through activities (vs. 7.3% as at 30 September 2021)
Net debt at EUR 3,030 million (EUR 2,238 million as at 31 December 2020), improved when compared to 30 June 2022 (EUR 3,296 million), consistent with production volumes, capital expenditure for the period and the delivery schedule.
Total backlog at EUR 34.5 billion, approximately 5.2 times 2021 revenues with EUR 3.3 billion order intake: as at 30 September 2022, backlog stands at EUR 24.1 billion (EUR 26.6 billion as at 30 September 2021), with 92 ships in backlog and soft backlog at around EUR 10.4 billion (EUR 9.4 billion as at 30 September 2021)
